Job Summary:

HomeCare Consulting and Staffing is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home support to our clients. As a caregiver, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who need assistance with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry
• Assist with meal planning and preparation
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s physical or emotional condition
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
• Ensure a safe and clean environment at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Previous caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if transportation is required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
